1. Cancellation Policy

    • After the 2 DAYS period, the order can no longer be canceled as it will be processed for shipment.
  • Cancellation After Shipment:

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers can initiate a return request after receiving the product if eligible.

2. Refund Policy

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

4. Shipping Fees for Returns
