  • Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: If you’d like to receive your product faster, we offer express shipping at an additional cost of ₹150, available at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: With express shipping, you can expect your package within 2-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, festive seasons, or unexpected delays from our logistics partners.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. BRL Leather is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address details, our courier partner will make a second attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful again, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if it gets lost during transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order (or expected delivery date). We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
